Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “T&C”) govern all sales made on the website www.maisonlabreche.com.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read these T&C and agrees to them without reservation.


1. Products

Maison Labrèche creations are offered in limited quantities or made to order.
Each piece is described as accurately as possible. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and may present slight variations, notably due to screen settings or the artisanal nature of the creations.


2. Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes an offer to purchase.
Maison Labrèche reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of payment issues, obvious pricing errors, or exceptional circumstances.
An order confirmation is sent by email after payment validation.


3. Prices

Prices are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes are added at checkout in accordance with current legislation.
Maison Labrèche reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.


4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order.
Payments are processed via secure platforms. Maison Labrèche never has access to the customer’s complete banking information.


5. Production and Lead Times

In-stock creations are shipped within a reasonable timeframe indicated on the product page.
Made-to-order pieces require a production time specified at the time of purchase.
These timeframes are indicative and may vary in exceptional circumstances.


6. Cancellation and Refund

Our conditions are detailed in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.


7. Legal Warranty

Maison Labrèche creations are covered by the legal warranty provided under the Consumer Protection Act of Quebec.


8. Liability

Maison Labrèche shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the purchase or use of a product.
This includes, in particular, normal wear and tear, damages resulting from improper use, impact, dropping, excessive pressure, deformation, modification, or repair carried out without prior authorization from Maison Labrèche.

Jewelry pieces are handcrafted creations made of precious metals and natural stones. While designed for reasonable daily wear, they must be handled with care.


9. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

Shipments are made via a secure carrier. A signature is mandatory upon receipt for all orders, without exception.
Creations are insured during transport until confirmation of delivery.
Transport risks are transferred to the customer at the time of confirmation of delivery at the address indicated.

In the event of the customer’s absence at the time of delivery or failure to claim the parcel within the timeframe specified by the carrier, and if the parcel is returned to Maison Labrèche, reshipping costs and, where applicable, any administrative or storage fees shall be borne by the customer.
Maison Labrèche shall not be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier, customs authorities, or any circumstances beyond its control.

In the event of an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.


10. After-Sales Service

Maison Labrèche after-sales service is exclusively reserved for creations of the house.
Any modification or repair carried out by a third party will void the warranty..

Maison Labrèche reserves the right to evaluate any request on a case-by-case basis.


11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
